Hello,
Basically I ve not seen my paper licence for years (think it went missing when parents moved). I want to start driving but I’m having trouble getting an answer from the DVLA as I need to exchange my paper one for a photo card. Also I don’t live at the address on the licence and I have a new name. Has anyone any experience? I shall keep trying DVLA but it’s virtually impossible to speak to a human.
