Help i ve got to move but i cant leave my Mum

My fiance has got a new position in his job with the police, which means i have to move from swansea south wales to ilse of white but my mum is really ill having blood transfusions every 4/5 weeks 3pints of it!! anyone got any advice i still aint told my mum yet her and my dad will be gutted they cant just pop round to see the baby whenever they want what the hell am i gna do.

can you not go and stay with your mum every few weeks .

i doubt it she gots my brothers living back there with her at the mo, and id feel like im putting more stress by having me AND the baby, i feel it mite not be fair.
