My ds asked last night what's a w**ker?

I told him not to let me hear him use that word again, and especially not to say it at school, it's rude and not nice. He wouldn't leave it at that and just had to keep asking, I wasn't giving in and neither was he. Eventually he asked Is it when someone plays with their willy? and, Does it really make you go blind?

BTW ds is 7.

My eldest DD (now 24, then 5) picked up a very large pack of sanitary towels in a supermarket and shouted from one end of the aisle to the other - Daddy, why does mummy wear nappies in her knickers, does she wee herself a lot?

My eldest DD once asked what Bisexual meant - I wasn't embarrassed, but she asked my mum (major prude and bigot to boot) - she told my DD that it meant someone who could write with both hands. Trouble is, I thought that she was trying to fob DD off - but turns out that she actually thinks that's what 'Bi' means. No wonder when I came out to her later that day, she just thought that I was ambidextrous.

I know, but it's killing me. havn't spoken to her Nan for some years, but would love to be a fly on the wall for that one. Probably thinks lesbian means left handed.
