Trying to return my items due to dreadful quality and undersizing but when I try and initiate a return online you hav to fill out a request form first. I've done 2 & been 2 weeks now & had no reply, it says allow up to 48 hours for response...
Can't find a phone number / another email to chase them....not sure what to do now!!
