Hi
I have this 'fabulous' bottle green velvet bridesmaid dress that I am so amazed I can fit into 10 years after it was made for me that I am determined to wear it this New Year.
My original idea was to go as Morticia (from the Adams family) - and dh would have been - erm - Mr Adams! But I don't have long hair and he doesn't really have any hair at all.(And he really doesn't want to be Fester!!!)
So please, who can I be, and can we be a couple????

Didn't Scarlet O'Hara have a green velvet dress that she made out of some curtains? Then he could be Rhett Butler.
You would both need wigs and to be very beautiful/handsome and swish about ....ok forget it.

I would love to do the very beautiful/handsome thing but it's not really us!

Any more suggestions for the follicly challenged...

Stick a big bit of sellotape down his face to look like a scar, and make a cardboard mask - Phantom of the Opera and, er, the Sarah Brightman one!

Dh has just pointed out that the princess in Shrek wears a green dress.

What is it about green dresses and less than flattering partners....
