Does anyone know if you can just turn up and go on these or are they usually prebooked/full?
Want to take kids plus french exchange student tomorrow-have just booked online with some stupid website that took £71 off my card then sent an email saying transaction would be processed within 48hrs-useful for tomorrow! am so angry but will fight battle with them on monday when they open!

We just turned up and bought tickets. Of course that was a couple of years ago. Wishing you success tomorrow. Hopefully not too many people will want a winter tour.

by the way, take a copy of the email with you and if you have it a copy of the transaction. that might get you some joy. (just thought of that)

We alkso just turned up (on a Friday) and had no problem gtting on the next tour going. That was this year - a couple of months ago. Take jumpers! But it was great
