happens every month to me - i'm thousands short as i type. you need to ask them to manually release it. this is the phrase to use!

Awwww...If I wasn't short on the arrears payment which they've managed to miss off for the last 4 months I'd lend you some myself. Sorry. Shame they had to be unpleasant about it.
