When attending the 30th birthday party of one's sister with new partner (6 weeks) how does one sign the card that accompanies the present we will be taking (together) to said party?

Just me and the children or him too?

Yawn, sorry.

Is present just from you and children? In which case I would just sign from you and children.

How are you doing?

Do you see yourself as a "one family" yet? If not, sign from you and DC I would think.

Hiya!

I am hoping to have a really flippin' good xmas this year. DP (can I say that yet??) has ordered Goose and I'm doing veg, elderly neighbour is having a plate of whatever we cook (he lost his sister this summer) and having xmas eve drinks with us. There will be 5 excited children with us (his 2 plus mine) and we plan on having lots of fun. Hoping other persons don't try and spoil any of it for us, of course.

As for sister's birthday card, I feel I should sign from just me and the children but that could be my 'in denial about new relationship status' protective mode kicking in.??

Fingers crossed for a FAB christmas for you!

I would just sign it from you and the DCs, unless he helped pay for it, in which case, stick him on it as well.
