Hi twiglett. I'm an architect (in london) but too busy (ie 2 small children), but there is a young girl that I work with (and also rents a room from me) who would like a bit of work on the side. She isn't qualified yet, but is very good and wouldn't be expensive and I could look over her shoulder to make sure she's not doing anything wrong. If that sounds interesting, CAT me and I'll put you two in touch.
What kind of job is it?
