Help i've promised dd1 dd2 AND dd3 these pancakes in the morning for breakfast as daddy isn't here and i've gone and lent the fucker to someone!(that is the domestic godess book not Daddy)
Can anyone type the ingredients and weights???pleeeese

ooh - my fave ever breakfast pancakes!

225g sr flour
1 tbspn baking powder
pinch salt
1 tsp sugar
2 large eggs
30g melted butter
300ml milk
butter for frying

enjoy !

thank you thank you everyone! Now I can feel like such a good Mummy. I might even do it now and put it in fridge for tomorrow? I know I have to leave them for 20 mins. Mine often cant wait that long - vee low blood sugar on waking!!

madamy... yes I'd give a little bit to a 6 month old... (as an occasional treat, not for every meal obviosuly)

so long as you have done a fair few tastes / foods / ingredianst first!
