My Daughter will be finishing nursery in a couple of weeks time.

She has been there since she was 1 and is finishing ready to start school full time.

What sort of present would be appreciated by the staff? There are about 12 of them all together so obviously I won't be able to buy anything amazing as it would cost a fortune.

She has 2 members of staff in her current room at nursery. Do I buy them their own little present and then get cakes or chocolates for everyone else? Help

I got something for the keyworkers she had in each room.

Anything is appreciated.

A heartfelt card, stating what you think they have done well, how they will be missed. That is what gets the staff teary in my nursery. Add a box of chocs/biscuits for the staff and you are sorted.
If you want then get something for her keyworker/room staff too.

After caring for children for so long most staff don’t expect/want a present it’s the cards that are kept, the sentiment that is most appreciated.

Thank you both!

I think I will get my Daughter to make a card & maybe just buy a big box of chocs or cakes.

I can't really afford more than that but felt a bit stingy if I didn't get anything else 😩.

We gifted the nursery a beautiful book when my daughter left, we didn't do individual presents.
