All parcels turning up at least 2 or 3 weeks late. Latest one a month late... Dp had a recorded delivery first class item sent to him. It appeared 15 days after being posted When he tried to track it online it was located in all the wrong places.

I know the strike caused problems, but surely they should be back to normal. This is beyond a joke.

Anyone else still suffering? Feel like complainng but not sure who to

when I spilt with my husband several years ago now, he redirected his post but he emphasized it was only his. But they redirected all our post to him which meant all my private solictors letters were sent to him which he read. Our sons hospital appointments letter was sent to him which he never passed on so ds missed hosp appts. I complained to royal mail and they sent me a book of stamps to apologize. But they continued redirecting all our mail to him, I complained again and again I was sent a book of stamps but they still continued to redirect to him so we just stopped the redirection and complained again and received another book of stamps. They are truly crap

Wow! A book of stamps...lucky you, bet you had to lie down after that

Have just remembered some of the delayed parcels were from the summer before the strike.......

They seem to be much worse than normal

So,is it still the strike then.?

Reminds me of British Rail years ago with "leaves on the line". or "the wrong kind of snow"

Have also stopped receiving letters for some reason, but plenty of flyers for pizza hut etc
