Tax accountants, I need your advice!

My dh has recently been offered a book contract and we were wondering what ways there are to make the most of the advance money and royalties while still paying our legal share of taxes. For example, would it be possible to have the copyright in my name (am a SAHM as opposed to dh who already has a pretty well paid job)? Any suggestions welcome!

I'd go to an accountant. There are all sorts of special rules that can apply to authors.

It may seem expensive but I assure you, it will be worth it in the long run!
