Does anyone know of a b&b, guest house, nice room in Peckham/East Dulwich etc. Have just been told that "actually" Dbrother doesn't have room to put us up for 3 nights before we immigrate to Oz. We need this in 2 weeks time. No idea if I'm angry, ups...

Ooh, thank you all, and firefly, he has been having temporary flat sharers, just a couple of weeks at a time, this year, but apparently this one is staying longer... he's known this a while but didn't think to mention it!! I think the reason I'm so cross is that my mum keeps telling me how devastated he is that we're leaving, but when we actually have the opportunity to spend lots of time with him at the last moment, and he knows how fraught it all is, he's not actually that interested. Fine.

Anyway, makes me feel less guilty about going I suppose!
