Anyone else addicted to mumsnet and worried about the time it's zapping?

I need to spend more time on real life .... Mumsnet is SO incredibly useful - and cheering when I'm tired and low - it's just TOO EASY to sit down at the keyboard instead of tidying up or sorting out my pension or whatever ....

Need to get disciplined.

i like to think i've got it sorted-i only post/read from work.....but it's quiet at the moment so i'm giving myself headaches from being on here.
