Found the website but can't find the job .

where was the job

It was for Thomas Cook, in the call centre in town.

I have rung them on another number and they said to go to the open day next thursday, but tiredemma said that the jobs were in the evening mail and if i ring the number in there i can have a telephone interview.

right, new development- have just spoke to my manager, she said that as you are my friend that you dont have to go through the rigmorol of phone interviews and open days etc, she said to fill in our application form and she will arrange an interview with you when convinient.
basically the phone int is a selection process to see if you would be good enough for face to face int so you dont have to worry about that!
my friend from work is coming over tonight for a girlie night and is bringing an app form with her so if you email me your address ill post it to you.
i have explained to my manager about your childcare probs etc so she will already be aware of what you are best suited to, which is half the battle over because most of the people they have interviwed have "unrealistic" ideas about shifts etc!
