It's a dear friend's birthday tomorrow (yes, yes, I've left it until the ridiculously last minute. In my defence, I have a new phone and the calendar system isn't working properly yet and so I didn't get my normal reminder one week prior 
)
Anyway, said friend works from home and has been pretty much seeing absolutely nobody due to underlying health issues.
I live nowhere near St Leonards so can't just pop down tomorrow to surprise him and wish him Happy Birthday.
Is there anywhere open in St Leonards who would be able to deliver something special tomorrow do you know?
I've e mailed Half Man half Burger as I thought perhaps I could get a birthday lunch/tea/dinner delivered but had no reply as yet.
That's the only place I know in all of St Leonards. Our friend only moved there not long before Covid so the chances to visit have been very few and far between.
Also, if anyone is musical, bored and up for a laugh then get in touch and I'll give you his address and you can go and serenade him with Happy Birthday. In fact, you don't need to be musical do you? Just bored
