I've been on Mumsnet now for approx 7mths and I just wanted to say thankyou for all the support I have received.

I suffered PND with DS and this site has been amazing. I just wrote on a "feeling low" thread that I think Mumsnet actually pulled me through it.

I didn't always post but I would read how others were feeling and just knowing that all the horrible and guilty feelings I had were quite normal made me feel better.

When I did post I had brilliant support and I can confirm that you lot were right IT DOES GET BETTER!!

So thank you and to all those out there that are feeling low keep posting and reading it helped me tremendously.

Wellsie

Awe! I am glad you feel better...I love a happy ending...I hope that the support you feel continues to grow as you stretch your wings past the 'feeling low' threads now.

Thought it might help those who are feeling low at the moment. It really helps to talk things through and sometimes talking to strangers is best.
