Have lost my new tax disc, what do I do?!

Applied for a new tax disc online, it arrived in the post a few days ago but I've managed to lose it somehow!

Have no idea what to do? Can I get another one? Will I have to pay again???!!! [shock[

I have not received the tax disc. What should I do?

If the tax disc has not arrived after 5 working days, please telephone us between 8am to 8.30pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5.30pm Saturdays on 0870 850 4444. When you make the call, please have the Reference Number available and choose option 4 then option 1.

Just called them and put in my ref no. and was told to call back after 5 working days. I applied on 22 Oct, so surely it is 5 working days today? Anyway, will try again tomorrow, one more day to search the house!
