Hi all, we’re looking to move to Herts from London and have found a house we really like in WFC near the Woodhall area, but from what I’m reading I’m worried it’s not a good place to be? Can anyone shed any light on this? Coming from SE London, the crime rate in half what I’m used to but a number of people have said to avoid the area, but not why? Thanks
