eBay question- I said I'd sell early but not so sure now

I have a coat for sale on eBay and the auction is due to finish tomorrow afternoon. Someone contacted me a few days ago and asked if I could sell it to them early as they were 'desperate' for a winter coat. I said yes and they agreed to a price bu then said they didn't get paid til tomorrow anyway so would buy it then. I told them I'd be keeping it listed until I received payment from her.

Since then someone else has bid for the coat and I feel bad that I was intending to remove the coat from the listing. SHall I email the buyer who contacted me first to say I've changed my mind and she can bid with everyone else - after all she may well get it for a better price in the auction? I don't like going back on my word, but that's what she was asking me to do by withdrawing from the auction anyway - it's against eBay policy isn't it? I want to email her now - should I?

now you have a bid I don't think you can stop the auction anyway.
I would email her and say it's too late and you have to carry on with the auction.
You did tell her you would keep it listed until she paid so she new she was risking another bidder.
