How can I get the colour back on my bracelet ? The colour has gone dark silver / purple .. thank you

I have a sonic jewellery cleaner thingy, you put your jewellery in with a water and a wee spot of washing up liquid and it makes them all clean and sparkly. It was about £20 from amazon a few years ago.
