Mamas and Papas Luna complaint (can anyone help?)

Hi, not sure if this is the best place to post but couldn't see anywhere else it may fit in. I bought one of the Mamas and Papas 'Luna' buggies in June for DD who is now 19 months. It was fine at first just really used it for going round the shops but now I have started to notice more increasingly that it 'tips' forward going down the kerb to cross the road or if I have to go over some grass. I think this is really dangerous and have tried twice to contact Mamas and Papas with so far no response, so can only assume they aren't too bothered. I had heard that some other mums on here had had problems with the older 'Ora' and 'Luna'. Has anyone else had any luck with taking the product back? or getting any response from anyone? I'm really annoyed, I'm not happy to continue using a dangerous buggy.

Not sure, but you can request a free bumper bar if you feel your daughter would be likely to fall out. Might keep the weight more central and stop the tipping.

if you mention you've got the newer luna they won't send you one for free. i didn't mention which one i had and they posted one out without asking. if they do ask just say you have the old one.
