Are these the £5 each Days Out vouchers? If so, you just hand them over as if they were cash. Remember not to overpay in vouchers as you don't get change

log onto the tesco clubcard website and it's straightforward

(though for some of the deals you need to order your voucher in advance)

pointydog · 23/10/2007 19:48

erm, you need to send them off to tesco with completed form saying what type of thing you want the vouchers turned into eg holiday vouchers or mag subs.

You can do it online but it never worked for me depsite numerous efforts and I got var fed up

DottydotsofBloodOnTheFloor · 23/10/2007 19:49

They're just ordinary Tesco's vouchers at the moment - different amounts. sigh. I'm going to have to go on their website aren't I.

Oh no!!!! Don't tell me I needed to do it in advance

We won't be able to go if that's the case and ds's are horribly excited

Will have a look.

you're told to do it 28 days in advance re the post method, I'm afraid. Although I usually get in a week or two. Online might be better.

Hard luck re family disappointment

ADragonIs4LifeNotJustHalloween · 23/10/2007 19:54

Oh. You DO need to do it in advance.

DottydotsofBloodOnTheFloor · 23/10/2007 19:55

Never used them before - this would have been the first time.

Am going to feel sorry for myself for at least half an hour...

plan something exciting for Christmas hols and send vouchers off this week!

Hope you're able to fork out for tomorrow.

ADragonIs4LifeNotJustHalloween · 23/10/2007 20:06

I've checked and I can't even offer to send you my left over Days Out vouchers as they're the wrong sort for Camelot

DottydotsofBloodOnTheFloor · 23/10/2007 20:09

awww - thanks anyway! I've also got one of those days out vouchers and have just checked and of course Camelot isn't one of them.

Could kick myself - can't believe I only thought about it this evening. Grrrr... Normally I'd be much more organised but work's gone bonkers and I haven't got any brain space left.

(I'm still in the feeling sorry for myself period of time)

gutted, gutted, gutted. Why oh why can't tescos e-mail you the vouchers if they've got codes on them???

Am so cross (with myself, mainly). Camelot closes this weekend for the winter. Ds1 is heavily into knights and is going to be sooooo disappointed.

Aarrggghhhh..!

Because they're printed with a security hologram on them...
