I do not have this money.

They say it's because I was late informing them that ex dp had left - and I was. 2 days. Because their computer system was down.

They are sending me dispute form, and I damn well will dispute it - but I still don't have the money if I lose, and I don't know what else to do!

has anyone challenged them and won?

I would imagine this is fairly cut colditz, pleae dont panic. CAn and MP are worth sending feelers out to (MP via house of commons website) but it sounds eminently sortable.

I am bloody FURIOUS I have always gone out of my way to ensure I am completely honest with them!

I have had this too. They sent a letter saying i owed 460.00 by novemeber 3rd i think because they have admitted that they paid out on a joint claim which ended 10 days earlier.

They have said that they are in the wrong but i still have to dispute it. Get them to admit on the phone that they are in the worng and ask them to put facts not opipion on thier systems.

They also do the demand so you contact them. Try not to worry.
