Trying to get as much advice as possible as we are relocating next year and we are not from Cheshire. Can work from sandbach or knutsford but we would be looking for a detached house around 350 so knutsford itself is too expensive.

Want somewhere nice, village/community feel, lots of countryside in walking distance, quiet but not too rural and good schools.

Sandbach and holmes chapel are top of our search list but we can move anywhere so don't want to overlook places.

Any help, advice, recommendations would be so helpful, thank you!!

Guilden Sutton. My home village although I left some years ago. Multiple good secondaries, excellent primary. Friendly people, attractive area. Near Chester which is both beautiful and great for shopping. Twenty minutes from Sandbach. You want either the Oaklands estate if you want a mid range house or Cinder Lane if you're loaded!
