we've got a few, regatta, an m&s one and one from next but they all leave my child with a wet bum if playing out in the rain.

Is there a completely waterproof one? Nothing to expensive xx

We've got a mountain warehouse one in the sale which passed the test of sitting in wet sand on the beach (wasn't raining at the time though).

You need to get waterproofs made from PU as they are 100% waterproof. We got ours from wet wednesdays wetwednesdays.co.uk/ and DS wears them into the sea all the time. We got the fleece lined ones as we're in Scotland so need the extra warmth and he loves them.

Sorry link didn't work

Polarn O Pyret the dungarees are brilliant and last so much longer than a full suit. I bought DC3 some when he was 2 and DC4 only just grew out of them at 7.

Didrikson, they test them such that they can have a column of 5m of water on top and still won't let it in

Those look great - are the fleece lined ones warm enough if you have a good size jumper underneath - this is where I really struggle with waterproof stuff.

Wish I could afford two sets of Polarn O Pyret full get ups each year for my twins but sadly I cannot!

We have Spotty Otter waterproof dungarees and nothing gets in them. Much more waterproof than his Regatta all in one.

Muddy Puddles. Dd lives in hers and it’s 100% waterproof. They have a lighter weight one (Eco-lined puddlesuit) that has a jersey lining, so it keeps them warm without them sweating their faces off after 20mins of running.

Dd is at forest school, so spends pretty much 100% of her day outside in the mud and rain and she’s always dry underneath.

Mountain warehouse for us, both relatively cheap and completely waterproof in our experience 😊

You don't have to! That's the beauty of them, I paid about £20 with a discount code they fitted DC3 from age 2 to age 6 and he's really tall.

Have a look at the buy/sell groups on FB, there's one for most brands these days and definitely PO.P ones

My DC had puddle suits from Togz when they were diddy. Link: Togz all in one They were so good that the DC's nursery had them for every child to wear outside for free-flow play.

We have the wet Wednesday ones too and love them.. We got the unlined ones and just add our own layers. They are quite big fitting.

Anything German/Danish/Swedish etc - where they routinely use them all the time.

Lidl and Aldi ones for example, are fantastic.

Jako-O and Tchibo are other German brands which I think sell online in the UK.

Thanks I will have another look - it was the coats and fleeces I was looking at, and not sure how long they would fit. I was following a few on eBay but I forgot about them, will look again
