I want to block someone, can they tell if they are?

i dont think so.... i think you just always 'appear offline'

am i blocked

it doesn't always work though as i depends on how high someone has their privacy set ect.

i think the programmes which are supposed to tell you if you are blocked have been nullified so they don't work
