Someone who contacted DVLA about change of address recently?

How long it takes to receive back your log book from them? It takes to long for mine it's 2 months already how I sent my log book to change the address and it's impossible to get in touch with them, their phones lines are always busy, webchat is not working now. On their website said that it takes longer to process the application due to the coronavirus.

Did 2 cars in April, very very quick. Log books back within 2 weeks. Driving licence was quicker than that.

Can you check the online service?

Oh wow that's really quick. I sent mine on 4 May and still nothing. The online service webchat is not working, the emails are with automatically reply and i tried to called them and their phones lines are always busy
