Do you mena the oat cakes?

200g fine Irish oatmeal
50g medium rolled oats
2 tablespoons plain flour, plus a little extra for dusting
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
60g butter

Put oatmeal, rolled oats and plain flour into mixing bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon salt and the baking powder, melt butter in a small pan, then pour into dry mixture. Pour in enough boiling water to make a dough that you can bring together in soft ball - start with 5 tablespoons, then add more if needed.
Break mixture into 8 pieces and on a 2 non-stick baking sheets press each on out until they are the size of a large digestive biscuit, about 7.5 cm.
Bake for 12-15 min or until crisp (at 170 degrees, or 160 degrees fan oven, or gas 3)
Cool on baking sheets.

Hope that helps.
