How do I check on my laptop what time of day various sites were accessed and for how long? Urgent help please

I have a mac so probably not much help to you

Click on the little clock or star (depending on you brower) and go to history. Right click on anything you don;t reconize and go to properties, it will have date and time. Unless its been deleted.
