Unicorn, you were just being critical, no support at all for Charlize justified upset. All U could say: "You seem to have a strange idea of what money can buy you!"

Hercules, actually I think Jane103 could be legit, plenty of other people seem to think she is. Whereas you not-so-kindly wrote, in Beccarollover's thread(!?) "I really hope the jane103 is a troll because if she isnt then this thread is truly awful."

Not going to say mroe... but really thought Charlize & BeccaR'r deserved better... and Jane103 deserved benefit of the doubt.

zebra.. if I were to start a strand which berates people because of their name, and social class I would expect a backlash.

I don't regard my comments as catty, just fact.

I take your point Unicorn but you know that when people get upset, they say things that maybe they wouldn't in other circs.

well I don't agree that because you are upset you are allowed to be offensive.
I found it offensive, so made my comment, and left.
How would it be if someone started making racist remarks, because they were upset.. is that acceptable? Of course it isn't.

mummylove - "Bump" is just a post that is there to put the thread on active conversations again rather than actually posting anything new. Bump is just the word for it.

mummylove, if a thread has gone into the 'unseen' area, , then you just can type 'bump' to bring it back to active conversations and then it carries on.
