Is anyone's MSN playing up

DD just logged on to her account to check who was online and was gobsmacked to find no-one. Then I logged back on to mine and there was 1 person on (also weird) then all of a sudden everyone signed on.... is it playing up?

I'm not able to sign in to MSN at the moment. I was signed in this morning but when I got back home, it had signed itself out and wouldn't let me go back in. I reckon they are having a funny few days.

It's still not right - I keep getting notified of 4 or 5 people apparently all signing in instantaneously!
