Henri Bendel, Bergdorf Goodman, both on 5th Ave. I don't think you can have breakfast at Tiffany's anymore, that's why Audrey Hepburn is eating a pastry outside it in the film.

I always check out the Tiffany's website and email the link to him if I feel particularly neglected whilst he's away - that always does the trick!
