My husband texts other females

I have caught my husband sending flirty texts to work colleagues previously and we have fallen out about it and he promised to stop.
I’ve now found out that he is sending private messages to females on Twitter and Instagram, telling them how beautiful they are and what sexy bodies they have etc. These are all ‘porn star’ like females whose posts are all then showing their bodies in various states of undress.
What should I do? I’ve lost all respect for him. I don’t know why he does it as none of these women reply to him!!

I think it would help if you asked him why he does it. It could be that he feels he needs a bit of a thrill and maybe there are things you can do as a couple to fill that so he doesn’t text.

What he’s doing isn’t right, but unfortunately a lot of people do stupid things like this rather then talking to their loved ones and telling them that they need x,y,z in their life.

Hopefully he is messaging the women on Instagram etc as he knows it won’t go anywhere and they won’t reply.

Sorry just to follow up. My above advice does mean you have to be a bit forgiving which isn’t easy as you haven’t done anything wrong, but if you want to be together then sometimes you have to be.

If he continues to do it once you’ve spoken to him, I think you need to really think about whether you are willing to put up with it (and accept this is what he’s like/ have rules about what is ok and what isn’t) or whether you’re not and therefore want to end it. I know that sounds quite drastic, but I think in relationships there can be things about the other person you can be unwilling to accept and you are the only person who can decide.

How embarrassing to be him. I can see why you would lose respect for him. Not sure if there is any coming back from that.

Sleazy behaviour....

That's not a mistake, like, forgetting to turn the oven off, or reversing into another car in the Tesco car park. He's actively treating you with disrespect. On purpose.
Yuk.
