where can i get a list of e numbers and their official names?

and also, on the undercover mum programme they mentioned some that had been banned in other countries - anyone know which and why?

actualy this is making alarming reading.
Am going through each E number and so far i have 12 that are bannedin other countries. 12 out of about 16 !!!
