Someone drove into the back of me. What to do next?

Driver drove into back of me. Acknowledged they were at fault. My number plate is cracked and there are minor gashes across the body work.
We exchanged numbers and took photos. She would rather settle without using her insurance.
I’ve tried ringing my insurance company for advice about what to do next, but as they are ‘Quote me Happy’, there is no phone number.
What should I do next? Do I need t get my insurance company’s advice? Should I go to my dealer, or any garage?

If it’s minor, get it checked by a garage and ask how much to repair if she’s willing to pay I would avoid insurance premiums going up. But this all depends on damage, cost and premiums

Oh and hope you are ok

I'd go to a garage and get a quote for the work.

Should I take it to my dealer rather than any garage? It’s a relatively new car.

I would avoid the dealer at present

I would insist on it going through insurance. How do your insurance company advise them to contact you ? Email ?

I would let my insurance company know, there may be structural damage to the chassis.
