Is it? DD2's birthday party is tomorrow and one of her friends is allergic to gluten. I have made gluten free fairy cakes, biccies and birthday cake and have checked cake decs. But sausages contain E415 - can't find anything on the net that says coeliacs can't have it, but don't want to risk making him ill. Can anyone help please?
