recommendations for good hair dresser - london, want to go from long to short

Don't know what style I want, just short-ish (currently shoulder length), so preferably someone who could advise me.

have you done this yet? Could advise an excellent hairdresser - I've had short hair for years and have tried and tested many before i found one i liked
