ive got loads of rubble bags in my back yard as ive done my yard up but

can the council take them?? as its mostly soil and the other bags is a few of bricks and mortar as got rid of my tiny garden and flagged it

They can, but they'll probably charge you.

I had to pay a bloody fortune to get similar taken away. If you have enough of them it might even be cheaper to hire a skip.

My dad said I should have just bribed the regular binmen .

well my dp can borrow the workvan from home but is forever waiting !!!!

put it on freecycle, you never know who might be wanting to fill in a pond or something
