Care package for adult male with cancer

Can anyone suggest things to add to a care package for my uncle who is very ill with cancer?
I'm thinking lip balm, hand cream, a saline nose spray, dry mouth spray / rinse / gel as I know dry oromucousal surfaces is a problem for cancer sufferers.
Anything else? These all seem like very "medical" products.
Thanks in advance

Fingerless gloves as hands can get very cold, also maybe a hat. Big furry socks, likewise for feet, Make sure they are really wide ones as feet can swell.
If he's eating could include some little chocolates to encourage eating. Tea?
One of those trays that are padded so you can put your food on your lap.
He will still be watching tv/ reading etc so get him something related to whatever he is doing.

Moisturiser, magazines and some comfy joggers/pjs

you can get the kind of fleecy but not tight liners that are meant for inside wellingtons. they keep feet and lower legs warm in bed without being tight or constrictive.
but better not walk in them as they do not stay up, don't want to trip over.

thee is a product like fruit drops, which encourage people to take little sips, as so easy to not want to take anything, get dehydrated.
think they were invented for dementia patients who forgot to eat/ drink. but might be useful here. I think they are drop-shaped, in different fruit colours and poss flavours, and are full of water. kind of a novelty.

those sweets I mentioned are called Jelly Drops, if he is still able to take nourishment by mouth. they look v attractive and are 90% water.
I'd fancy them myself if I saw them.

good luck. it is good you are trying to help him. he will appreciate that. the very fact that you want to get the right things will cheer him.
