Have had to work through the night planning for school so I can go camping later on today.

Should I go to bed to get a few hours sleep or try and stay awake and get the jobs done that need doing around the house before going camping. I am still very jetlagged so am worried that if I go to sleep now I will struggle to wake up when we go camping - levaing about 2pm.

I'd try and get a few hours sleep if you can. You run the risk of feeling awful if you get over tired.

My eyes are closing and I am already overtired.

I have never had jet lag like this before I have had slurred speech and dizziness. Hopefully the anticipation of our first kids free camping trip will stop me oversleeping.

jet lag will get worse if you don't sleep. Go and get your head down for a few hrs.
