Moving to Taunton-any advice/info please

Right, it looks like it is definitely happening in the next 4-6 weeks. Myself, DP and DDs, 5 and 4(plus DPs DD (3) every other weekend) are off to Taunton.

We have the choice of 2 houses, one on South Road and one in Ash Priors, does anyone have any helpful information/advice re schools, childcare, activities for the girls etc.

Anything would be gratefully received, as I have only visited Taunton a couple of times
