Thank you Mumsnet for my GTECH competition prize!

My cordless electronic sweeper has arrived and looks great! It'll stay in the box, though, until dh arrives home, reads the bumpf, sets it up and gives me a demo. I hope he gets carried away and does the whole house! Thanks again from tiptop

ks - Mumsnet calls to me - usually when I'm having a cuppa or eating a snack. I'm scoffing an orange while I type now. I hate reading instructions and dh likes gadgets, so we're both happy!

mine came today - but i haven't opened it - i only have carpet on the stairs so it seems a waste - i want to give it someone for xmas but dont know anyone who would appreciate it - am thinking of sticking it on ebay - but am itching to give it a go

ks - Dh is at a meeting. He'll be home soon, then I'll get him to fix it up. That's if he doesn't have other work to do. I'll give you an update asap!

ks - Sorry, we didn't get around to setting it up with what little was left of this evening. Dh won't be around now until mid-week. I will update this thread when we get it going!
