this afternoon. 2 men (mid 30's?) along with 2 young boys (2-4yrs??) with a trolley full, actually I lie overflowing, with Fruit shoots. They'd just taken the packs off the shelves and loaded them in - there must have been (literally) 100's of them!!! It was one of those moments I wish I had a phone that takes photos as you had to see it to believe it.....

one hell of a big party (or men that couldn't calculate how many FS's a child would drink????).......and they didn't buy anything else - just the Fruit Shoots!

they send my daughter loopy so there is def more than fruit in them but lol dads and kids shopping are great

Maybe shopping for a scout camp trip? Did they also have all the hot dog sausages and buns and an industrial size bottle of ketchup?!

Think dads' and lads' together can be hilarious. On beach the other week two dads with their boys;

Dad A: If you're good all day you can have an ice cream

Dad B: Or you can whinge for 5 minutes 'til we give in

Do you think they had mis-read the mums shopping list, and were buying six times more than they needed?

I'd love it so badly for this to be one of those occasions where someone's DH has whinged about the shopping, and she's handed him the card and said, "on you go then, you do better".

If that's so, they've obviously taken the ball and run with it.....

oh - and the 2 boys were scoffing sweets (Starbursts?) although the thought of a "sabotage" did cross my mind
