Shoes for boys for weddings

Please help - I am on a desperate hunt for spats for a little boy to wear to a wedding that I am helping to organise and I am fed up with all the rubbish that comes back when you do a google search - can anyone out there direct me somewhere??? I think they must be going for the bugsy malone gangsta look... ta
