Am I missing something?

On the loo earlier today I noticed that my knickers have got an ironing care instruction on them. Is there something I should be told?

I spent years ironing underpants, vests, tea-towels and anything else which could possibly be ironed. But there is hope - I have managed to cure myself of this compulsion (though went through a stage of cold turkey when I saw the horror of unironed pants in the kids cupboards) and now have time to do other things - like clean out the little overflow hole in the sink with a toothbrush. Oh the joys of being a housewife ...

im past being tired.....dh went bed just after 10 so i been doing washing and ironing since then....just having 5 minutes while the tumbler finishes so i can stick another load in.... Im full of a cold too so i cant settle anyway....

So am I. Cant breathe when I lie down, so will just have to stay sitting up all night - that's my excuse for being on MN at this time of night. Incidentally, Vicks nasal spray is the most wonderful invention ever. Thats my tip for the month.

do you know what (and I'm being sensible now) I just so love the fact that I very nearly didn't post coz I was worried you'd all think I was a loon and ignore me. I'm sure you do think I'm a loon but you (well, some of you) didn't ignore me. Cheers m'dears

Hatter I think we are all loons being on here at this time of night. But, this is better than telly any time (except I dont have a telly!)
