What do I do about money gift to baby

So a friend gave my baby £100 as it was the first time she saw him. I was so embarrassed to accept it but obviously I did as it was for my baby.

I haven't gave her anything for her baby as I have literally no money to, I barely have enough to get me through the month after bills.
I feel so guilty that I haven't got anything for her baby, so what do I do?

Does anyone know of a nice gesture I can do in return for hers? Or any ideas for anything affordable I could possibly get. I feel so bad that I haven't got anything for her baby.

I would express how your feeling to her and say that you'd like to clean or cook for her. Or something along those lines. As nice as the offer of a sitter would be i hated to be apart from my kids when they were newborn and those jobs just had to wait which drove me mad.
