Our local ELC was playing Christmas carols on Saturday!!! I walked straight out in disgust. Paperchase have been selling Christmas cards for about three weeks. And my husband came home gobsmacked the other night, having passed several houses who already have all of their Christmas lights up and running! Everyone's gone mad!

I got home to Florida from the UK on August 3. A couple of days later I was in a card shop, and yes they had all the Xmas ornamants on display.

Halloween stuff has also been around for what seems like months. I refuse to put any Halloween/Autumn stuff in my house until at least October 1st. Especially when it's still 90 degrees and really humid outside.

Our local Woolworths have all the Selection boxes/big tins of chocolates out - plus today I saw them putting out the Christmas tree decorations.
