A cautionary note from me to anyone thinking of buying something from comfy-kids.com
I ordered a handysitt highchair at the end of June, which because it hadn't arrived 2 weeks later, I cancelled and got elsewhere. It's now a month later and I've receved no refund and had no responses to my emails and phonecalls requesting a refund. I am now really angry and would like to warn anyone who wishes to hear/read it, please think twicw before buying from them - you may regret as much as am.
Next stop, the small claims court.....
Has anyone else had problems with them or are there any other sites to look out for?
